If you live in the Philippines, you’ll get used to festivals happening here and there. In fact, there’s always a festival to look forward to every month that will make you immune to the vibrant, colourful parades, loud drum beats and energetic street dancers. I thought I’ve seen it all, but I was absolutely wrong. Filipinos are just so creative (in their own crazy ways), and here’s a great proof to that.
