International travel may be out of the question for most people these days, but Taiwan’s cherry blossom season bursts forth without fail as early as January — regardless of its audience’s presence. Here’s our 2021 Taiwan cherry blossoms forecast for those who are lucky enough to be living in Taiwan this season.
Tip: For those missing these mesmerising flora from other corners of the globe, keep a lookout for online viewings. While it’s known to peak from February to March, Taiwan’s cherry blossom season extends till April in some areas. There’s plenty of time to scour through social media for enviable snapshots, video recordings, and even 2021 cherry blossoms live streaming!
