Method:
- Heat up condensed milk in a microwave for 30 seconds.

- After adding in all the cocoa powder, knead by hand with gloves.
- Wrap the dough-like mixture with cling wrap and leave to harden in the fridge.
- After about an hour, portion it into bite sizes, roll into balls, and coat with cocoa powder.

Who said you needed an ice cream machine to make ice cream? All you need is 3 ingredients to make this creamy, smooth, delicious treat!
Ingredients:
- 200g condensed milk
- 400ml whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
