What to expect
This new year, the spectacle will feature LED displays splashed across the facade of the newly opened M+ — a museum of digital culture in West Kowloon. A visual tale of the city’s various landmarks, neighbourhoods, and vibrant arts and culture scene will be displayed on the LED, before the numerals “2022” and New Year’s greetings flash across the screen as the clock strikes midnight.
To accompany this visual extravaganza, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra will fill the streets of West Kowloon with an energetic and jubilant tune.
