Applicants must relocate to towns with fewer than 3,000 residents, live there full-time, and make Sardinia their permanent residence within 18 months.

Tuscany’s residency program (Residenzialità in Montagna 2024) is offering grants ranging from €10,000 to €30,000 to those who move to one of its 76 rural towns. The offer requires you to settle permanently, secure employment, and invest in local housing.

Chile’s Start-Up Chile program offers grants for various stages of startup development. The grants range from 10 million pesos (S$242,981) to 75 million pesos (S$1,822,361) for different businesses.
9. Saskatchewan, Canada
Under the Graduate Retention Program, CAD 20,000 (S$18,872) in tax returns is provided to graduates from approved institutions who maintain residency for 10 years.
10. Ponga, Spain
Located in the Asturias region, Ponga provides €3,000 (S$4,221) per adult and an additional €3,000 (S$4,221) per child to encourage families to move there. Applicants must commit to living in Ponga for a minimum of five years.
