From 16–18 May 2025, the Korea Travel Fair will transform the Main Atrium and The Alley at Plaza Singapura into a buzzing slice of South Korea. Opening hours run from 10:30am to 9pm each day, and the three-day showcase salutes 50 years of Korea–Singapore friendship with travel bargains, culture-packed workshops, and a healthy dose of K-wave star power. Entry is free, and the venue sits directly above Dhoby Ghaut MRT, so dropping by is effortless: No excuse for you to not join in on the fun!

Southern Korea Takes Centre Stage
This year’s spotlight falls on Korea’s southern regions. Of course, you can expect crowd-pleasers such as Jeju’s volcanic vistas and Busan’s lively beaches. Yet the fair also nudges visitors towards hidden corners like Gyeongsangnam-do, where serene temples perch above fishing villages in Namhae, Tongyeong, and Geoje. Over in Jeollanam-do, rolling tea fields surround Boseong, while coastal towns such as Yeosu, Mokpo, and Sinan tempt food lovers with seafood fresh from the morning catch.
Intrigued? Well, Regional Tourism Organisation staff from the aforementioned regions are on hand to plot itineraries, share insider tips, and even flag limited-time discounts! I mean, who doesn’t love a good deal?
Bag Exclusive Travel Deals
Some Singapore’s best-known travel agencies, among them ASA Holidays, Chan Brothers, EU Holidays, and SA Tours, will unveil event-only packages covering everything from cherry-blossom road trips to wellness-themed temple stays.
Every booking made on-site unlocks an immediate gift redemption, which ranges from K-beauty samplers to handy travel accessories. Oh, and if you can’t attend the fair in person, you can still scoop up online promotions, as participating airlines, OTAs, and tour operators will publish dedicated deals on our site, so not to worry!
Dive into K-Beauty and Fashion
Of course, one can’t simply mention Korea without bringing up the nation’s iconic beauty and fashion scenes! The fair’s K-Beauty & K-Fashion Zone promises hands-on pampering: Visitors can sit for skin consultations by INNISFREE, experience runway-ready make-up tutorials by BeautyPlay and JUNGSAEMMOOL, and pick up style tweaks from RemodelMe fashion pros.
Also, colour-analysis specialists from Colour By Kim round things off by matching complexions to the perfect palette. Oh, I have to point out that walk-in slots fill quickly, so early arrival is wise!
Gamify Your Visit
Here’s the fun part: Once you enter the fair, collect a “passport” by the entrance and earn five stamps by completing quick activities such as travel-personality quizzes, simple DIY crafts, and digital trivia games! Finish the set and you can redeem a blind-box surprise that might include beauty minis, snacks, or travel gadgets.
Every completed passport also doubles as a lucky-draw entry for daily prizes ranging from dining vouchers and hard-shell luggage to return flights for two to Korea. So exciting!
A Star-Studded Saturday
Of course, every fair isn’t without its fair share of entertainment! The excitement peaks on 17 May: The fair’s opening ceremony begins with a fusion performance by the National Gugak Centre, weaving traditional Korean instruments into familiar Singapore National Day melodies. High-energy troupe JUMP! follows with comic martial-arts acrobatics, while K-drama OST singer PUNCH belts out crowd-favourite ballads.
Once the stage lights settle, Hallyu actor Yim Si-wan takes over for a Celebrity Travel Talk, sharing childhood memories of Busan street food, revealing his go-to filming locations, and even recommending seaside cycling routes: all fresh content ahead of his return in Squid Game Season 3 this June.
