Backpacking is not the most luxurious of ways to travel. But it is, however, the only true way to do it; to enjoy every single thing there is to enjoy on your trip. The sensation of backpacking is amazing; being minimalistic; going everywhere; discovering every detail for yourself. You can’t possibly have this much fun otherwise.
For those of you who don’t know, backpacking doesn’t just mean walking around with a backpack on trips. It has many other essential factors involved. You see, when a person backpacks, he learns how to be minimalistic in regards to what he carries; only the bare essentials. He knows how to travel on foot for long distances. He knows how to relish in the small things in life, things that are always around us.

For me, it is the best way to travel. Why? Well firstly, and most obviously, backpacking will get you your essentials in an arm’s reach. Everything you need will be with you at all times. If traveling is your passion, then you must know how important freedom is in foreign areas. One thing that would allow you to travel with a peace of mind is to have with you a backpack full of your lifelines.
No plan can hinder you when you backpack. You see, you can do anything and everything at all times. There is no stopping you; you decide where to go, when to go. You’re able to discover everything at your own ease. Moreover, backpacking means you would be mostly walking to get where you want to go.
Of course, when you backpack, you automatically live the easiest lifestyle. You literally ‘live out of your backpack’ and don’t need to spend loads of money on expensive hotels, luxuries, rental cars and so on. In fact, you won’t even need to stay put in expensive cities. Sure, seeing the main attractions are important, but those side villages not featured in the travel packages pack more adventure than any big city. They are a must see for people who are born to explore.

And just like that, you will never run out of things to see and do. That dish to try, or that statue to see. Those plains to roam around in, or that amazing view from the top of the hill; all of these treasures are within your grasp. Backpacking makes it a lot easier.
But most of all, backpacking is a lifestyle. It is not a method, but a way of truly living in the world around you. You will be enlightened, in more ways than one. It will bring you closer to nature than you have ever been before, and will give you a surge of excitement every time you come across new gems. Last but definitely not least, It will fill you up with positivity and happiness. It’ll make all your troubles pale in comparison to the amount of new things you have yet to explore.
