We Singaporeans do love our food. And what better way to ground this idea even further than to host the world’s first-ever Michelin Guide gala dinner-cum-awards ceremony that’s open to public?

That’s right! This amazingly lip-smacking, jaw-dropping, saliva-drooling event will be open to us, the members of the public! With numerous mouth-watering courses prepared by Joël Robuchon, the celebrity chef, as well as other well renowned chefs from Singapore, paired with no less than twelve different types of wine by the Robert Parker Wine Advocate team, this is one scrumptious dinner that would most definitely tantalise your tastebuds!

But wait – there’s more! Along with this absolutely delectable meal, the Michelin Guide is busting out the big guns – with a year-long programme of events just for you! Take for example their International Chef Dining series, which features well-known chefs from around the world flying here to prepare an exclusive dinner, or the Guess the Stars contest, a fun contest where you, duh, guess the stars for restaurants, and stand to win prizes which totals up to $200 000! Win amazing prizes such as business class return flights for two to NY, a dinner for two at a three-starred Michelin restaurant, as well as complimentary bottles of Dom Perignon champagne!
I’m positively salivating just thinking about all these. Right here in our sunny Singapore, too! For more information, check out Michelin Guide Singapore.
