For those who dream of rolling down the windows and feeling the breeze in their hair, the Legendary Pacific Coast between Sydney and Brisbane is the ultimate scenic drive. This 1,000-kilometre journey winds through some of the most stunning coastal and countryside landscapes.

Begin by heading north of Sydney to Hunter Valley, one of Australia’s premier wine regions. Take in the stunning valley from above in a hot-air balloon with breakfast, or enjoy the region’s award-winning white and red wines – the Australian semillon and shiraz come highly recommended!  Next on the itinerary is Port Stephens, a paradise for water lovers. Swim with dolphins, go sea kayaking, or relax on pristine sandy beaches. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can explore the Stockton Beach Sand Dunes, where sandboarding, quad biking, and four-wheel driving offer an adrenaline rush against a backdrop of golden sands.

Continue your road trip to Coffs Harbour, known for its iconic Big Banana and – surprise – lush landscapes dotted with banana plantations. Drive on to your next stop, Byron Bay, for a mix of relaxation and thrill. Skydive at sunrise for a breathtaking view of the coastline, explore the Cape Byron Walking Track, or visit The Farm Byron Bay, a sustainable property with a thriving restaurant, bakery, and flower shed.
