If you’ve ever wondered what goes behind the scenes of a Disney animated movie, this is the exhibit for you! Featuring more than 500 original artworks from drawings, paintings, sketches and concept art of Disney’s animation studios, this historic exhibition will bring visitors through Disney’s entire animation process.
Visitors can expect to see artworks from timeless classics such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937), The Lion King (1994) to recent blockbusters such as Frozen (2013), Zootopia (2016), Moana (2016) and the upcoming Frozen 2 (2019).
Having its first-ever showcase in Southeast Asia, the Disney: Magic of Animation pays tribute to the artistry and technology that has brought our favourite Disney characters to life. Visitors will get to witness the evolution of Disney’s animation. Discover how the characters we have grown to love started off as two-dimensional illustration, and how they have become so realistic today!

The Disney: Magic of Animation will be happening at Singapore’s ArtScience Museum from 26 Oct 2019 – 29 March 2020. More information available here.
