Jetstar Asia will fly direct from Singapore to Clark, Pampanga, Philippines starting 28 November 2017. This return flight service will run three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Jetstar Asia CEO Mr. Bara Pasupathi said that with the addition of this new route, Jetstar Asia now provides more than 410,000 seats a year in total capacity between the Philippines and Singapore. The new Singapore-Clark service, which offers 56,000 extra seats per year, is Jetstar Asia’s support towards the Philippine Government’s agenda to ease congestion in Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
Located northwest of Manila, Clark International Airport provides convenient access to most of Central and Northern Luzon cities and provinces, where a number of underrated Philippine attractions can be found. Through the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway, which extends to the North Luzon Expressway, local and international passengers can also easily travel to and from the National Capital Region. This also means that Filipino workers in Singapore and their families will now travel back to the Philippines more frequently to spend some quality time or have a grand vacation together!
To celebrate the new flights, Jetstar Asia will introduce a special sale for its flights from Singapore to Clark. Fares are available from S$39 (₱1,465) at Jetstar.com today.
The new service will be operated by Jetstar Asia’s 180-seat Airbus A320.
