Ever get tired of the throngs of crowds and busy working lives of the cities? Wish to escape all that hustle and bustle? Unfortunately, leaving the stress of work life means entering a vacation of schedules, plans and more stress. However, we’ve come up with a way you can have a holiday without lifting a finger! We know it takes more than just effort to plan a good trip and sometimes all you want is just a few days off the grid without any stress. Perhaps the cruise experience is for you!
Looking across the board, we’ve found that Royal Caribbean’s Legend of the Seas gives an excellent cruise experience. Here’s a short introduction to the luxuries they have on board the ship.
Decks 2 & 3
Above the bottommost deck would be the sleeping quarters- where the rooms are! These decks house the Interior and Oceanview Staterooms.
Deck 4
Here’s where all the fun and action begins! Located on this deck are the That’s Entertainment Centre, Casino Royale and bars. You will also get to enjoy fine dining at the two-storey Romeo and Juliet Dining Room. After a sumptuous dinner, enjoy music by the live band at the Centrum with your loved ones.
Deck 5
This deck is a heaven for the shopaholics on board. You will be able to find anything here ranging from fashion and formal wear, perfumes, jewelery and souvenirs. If you require any form of assistance, the Guest Relations Desk is also situated on this level. Also, you may purchase your shore excursions for the ports of call at the Shore Excursions Deck.
Deck 6
This deck mainly houses the Large Interior Staterooms, Large Ocean View Staterooms and Superior Balcony Staterooms.
Deck 7
The Superior balcony Staterooms are mostly located on this level, alongside with Interior Staterooms.
Deck 8
This deck houses the suites. Apart from 1 Royal Suite, 5 Owner’s Suites and 12 Grand Suites and 2 Royal Family Suites, the level consists mainly of Junior Suites. Some Large Interior Staterooms are also available on this level.
Deck 9
For a day of calming down and relaxation, come onto Deck 9! With its 4 whirlpools, Saunas, beauty salons and swimming pool, take this opportunity to thoroughly pamper yourself while away on a holiday.
Deck 10
Ready for some adventurous, sporty fun? Deck 10 is where you can find the jogging track, rock climbing wall and video arcade. Youths can also have a lot of fun here with the Adventure Youth Programme and Optix Teen Disco.
Deck 11
On the topmost deck, get a bird’s eye view of the horizon and shorelines on the Viking Crown Lounge.
