Silkair Launches First Flights Between Singapore and Busan

It's the first regular route between Singapore and Busan!

If you’re planning a trip to Busan, good news – SilkAir has launched the first non-stop flights between Singapore and Busan in South Korea. The inaugural flight departed yesterday night and arrived at Gimhae International Airport 6 hours 30 minutes later.

The regional airline is the only one offering regular services on the Singapore-Busan route and will be served four times weekly on the Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

This launch of the Singapore-Busan route will also see the introduction of Korean in-flight cuisine to let customers enjoy classic Korean flavours during their flight. Customers can expect popular Korean dishes such as Bibimbap (Korean mixed rice), Chicken Bulgogi and Kimchi Fried Rice. Mashit-da (yummy!)
