Singapore Opens First Indoor Karting Circuit at Sentosa

Still reeling from the excitement of the F1 season that’s unfolding this year? Here’s your chance to step into the shoes of Lewis Hamilton and hit the tarmac at Singapore’s first indoor karting circuit.

For the first time ever, Resorts World Singapore (RWS) has teamed up with F1 Karting to bring to locals the thrill of go-karting under a roof. 

The themed circuit, called Circuit Tiki, is located in the basement of RWS Carpark East. It features a 500m-long track with 23 stimulating corners for racers to overcome – perfect for those looking for a challenge. 

Fret not if you can’t drive but are already looking forward to giving this adrenaline-pumping activity a go! There are two karting packages to choose from, with one suitable for those who do not possess a driver’s license. The two packages are: 

• Novice (25 km/h): S$28 nett (public) & S$18 nett (RWS members) 
• Advanced (40 km/h): S$35 nett (public) & S$25 nett (RWS members) 

The indoor karting circuit will run its course (pun intended!) for a limited period of time only. It will open its doors to the public on 2 April 2021 till 30 June 2021.

If speed is your thing and you’re keen to get some laps under your belt, do take note of the following requirements.

• A valid driving/motorcycle license is required only for the Advanced go karts, as per BCA Amusement Ride Regulations. Both local and foreign licenses are accepted, which must be shown over the counter for verification.
• Minimum height of 1.4 metres is mandated. 
• Guests must put on covered shoes. 
• Hair nets and helmets will be provided by KF1. 
• You can pre-book your slots by calling 62520777 or dropping [email protected] an email. Alternatively, you can purchase your ticket on-site at the ticketing counter. Do take note that the latter is subject to availability. 

Gather your group of friends or loved ones to pit against each other. It’ll certainly make for a fun-filled pursuit that’ll get your heart racing!
