This unique combination will also debut to mark the opening of their 13th outlet in Anchorvale.

Takagi Ramen will debut the Sengkang Cockles Ramen, a limited-time dish that promises an unforgettable taste experience. The ramen features a rich Tonkotsu soup, boiled for 12 hours using premium pork bones from Australia, perfectly paired with chewy Hakata ramen noodles. The star of the dish, succulent cockles, is freshly shucked and can be enjoyed either raw or cooked, depending on your preference. This innovative ramen brings a burst of seafood flavour that pays homage to Singaporeans’ love for cockles, commonly found in local dishes such as Laksa and Char Kway Teow.

For an adventurous twist, pair your ramen with Takagi Ramen’s Salted Cheese Milk Tea with Pickled Cockles. This unconventional beverage swaps out the traditional tapioca pearls for shoyu-marinated pickled cockles, topped with a creamy, savoury salted milk foam.
