Six Flags’ latest project is in partnership with Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment and DC. With the addition of Wonder Woman Flight of Courage, Six Flags Magic Mountain will have the most number of roller coasters than any other park in the world. But aside from being the tallest and longest single-rail roller coaster in the world, the Wonder Woman ride will be the 20th roller coaster in the theme park, expected to immerse its riders to the story of Wonder Woman as the superhero obtains her powers.
If you have an affinity for heights and heart-pumping drops, it’ll please you to know that the record-breaking roller coaster will feature more than 3,300 feet of track, 13 storeys, and a speed of up to 58mph. The model also features the traditional Wonder woman colours of yellow, red, and accents of green. You can’t possibly miss it in Six Flags!
The president of Six Flags Magic Mountain, Don McCoy, shared his joy for this milestone saying, “This is a historic milestone for our park as we introduce the latest addition to our unrivalled coaster dynasty. Our partnership with Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment makes this accomplishment even more exciting, as we integrate the legacy of an iconic DC superhero into the theming of the ride.”
Wonder Woman Flight of Courage will be built in the park’s DC Universe area and is expected to be opened to the public in the summer of 2022. The United States has already welcomed foreign tourists back. So being able to experience this huge roller coaster in the next year sounds doable. Time to save up!
