Plans are underway to automate the health insurance process for UAE travel visas through an electronic platform, standardising pricing among all major insurance companies in the UAE.
Streamlining tourist visa applications
A representative of the ICP elaborated on the project’s benefits: “The project allows tourists to obtain health insurance electronically while applying for their visas through our services system.” The electronic platform will manage the issuance and pricing of health insurance packages from all major insurance providers in the UAE.
