Turn the speakers up and let the boom box crank to life this 10th and 11th June as you jump to the feverish beats and eargasm to the sickest soundtracks in the electronic dance music scene. Rain or shine, you know these are the nights that’ll never die.
We’ve got the latest scoop about Ultra Singapore 2017. If you aren’t already a fervent believer, it’s high time you convert and dance to the awesome setlist with fellow ULTRANAUTS from all across the world.
When
10 and 11 June 2017
Non-stop music from 11am to 10.30pm on both days
Where
Under the cool cover of the glistening Singapore city skyline and with the sentinel Marina Bay Sands towering colossally behind the Main Stage, watch as 1 Bayfront Avenue is set ablaze into Ultra Park—a musical mayhem of deafeningly emphatic proportions.
What to expect: DJs, merchandise, pre-party & more
Oh yes, we’ve just seen the latest release for the line-up of DJs gracing the stage during Phase 1, and we absolutely cannot wait for Ultra Singapore 2017 to kickstart. Let your eardrums click into overdrive and gyrate to the impressive ensemble of the biggest names in the business.
Get ready to hit turbulence with the cake-throwing madness that is Steve Aoki or run them red lights with Tiȅsto. A-listers like Hardwell and Nicky Romero will share the stage with the budding cast of supporting DJs to mix their pre-recorded setlists as the DJ Headliners. In fact, we already know this year’s going to be even more special because Don Diablo’s going to be making his Ultra Singapore debut!
Besides that, you can catch Live Headliners like Kshmr and Tchami synthesizing their own blend of beats and effects on the spot. But regardless of the DJ, one thing’s for certain: you’re guaranteed unbelievably prodigious music and an amazing time.
These music acts will be spread out across 3 different stages at Ultra Park later this year, namely the Live Stage, Resistance Stage and Main Stage. But don’t be confused because all three stages will treat you to equally enthralling live music.
The “Live Stage” is where they’ll turn it up a notch with innovative new tracks and a refreshing twist to EDM music. Don’t believe us? Miami’s Ultra edition featured Kshmr mixing it up with an actual orchestra. Who knew electronic pop and a symphony of violins and percussions could somehow complement each other so seamlessly! We can’t wait to be wowed away. The “Resistance Stage” is more dedicated to your dose of techno tripping and the “Main Stage” will be where the biggest names electrify the stage.
Besides the music, Ultra also has a bevy of other activities to experience for the most fun-in-the-sun! Going by last year’s lofty standards, fan-favourite booths like the temporary tattoo parlour should be returning! Whether you’re a Dash Berlin diehard or the penultimate Pendulum fan, show your love for the stars and tattoo their logos proudly on your sleeves for Ultra.
There’ll also be merchandise shops selling those iconic Ultra singlets to purchase and a kick-ass Pre-Party waiting for you!
