Xing TianMinion Land will officially open on February 14, 2025, an exciting new addition to Universal Studios Singapore (USS) that promises fun for fans of all ages. To commemorate the occasion, the largest minion walk with over 1000 staff from Resorts World Sentosa was organized. Inspired by the beloved yellow Minions from the Despicable Me franchise, Minion Land brings guests into the playful and mischievous world of Gru and his loyal sidekicks.

A Record-Breaking Minion Walk

In anticipation of Minion Land’s grand opening, Singapore’s largest minion walk was organized on February 10 2025 to commemorate the opening. A total of 1,078 staff members from Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) participated in a parade dressed in yellow Minion t-shirts and denim jeans, mimicking the iconic look of the Minions. The lively procession made its way from the park’s entrance to Minion Land, setting a local record for the “largest Minion walk in Singapore.”
Adding to the festivities, the participants cheered as a pineapple was rolled for good luck—a tradition symbolizing prosperity and success.

Minion Land features a variety of attractions designed to delight visitors of all ages. Minion Land introduces Buggie Boogie, the first-ever Minion dance party-themed carousel at USS. Guests can hop aboard their choice of super silly creatures and boogie to remixes of popular songs.
